Lulu is amazing. She’s so happy, curious and a little nervous. She gives full body wiggles when she sees you even if you’ve only been gone a minute. Every day she’s been getting a bit more involved with the snuggle time and play time here.
She really likes the other dogs in the house but she also likes her alone time too so I think she would be happy with other dogs or without. She likes to play with my younger dog but she’s a teeny bit excitable because she’s just learning how to play.
Toileting is ongoing, she will go outside for the toilet if she’s taken. But she doesn’t like the wind or the rain (lol) and if she’s not taken outside she will do the toilet in the house. We have been rewarding with treats. She is very close to being house trained she just likes to stay out of the bad weather. When it is dry we can’t get her in from the garden. She loves to explore.
At night she will sleep on the floor next to the bed and she does have her crate but I think she just likes to be where the others are but when we do put her in her crate she settles no problem.
She’s being fed twice a day on a wet and dry mix and she is a grubber! She also likes a treat too and a chew. She hasn’t turned her nose up at anything yet she likes the food too much!
She has been for a walk, she is SO excited to be out there she absolutely loved it but monitoring closely is needed as she tried to back out of her harness. A short leash is advised. I think it’s still a bit overwhelming for her.
She gets along well with cats as she has met quiet a few
Lulu really is a lovely gentle beautiful wee soul she just goes with the flow. My two sons are 12 and 19 but I think there would be no issue with younger children too.
She doesn’t appear to have any allergies she’s not itchy scratchy or anything at all but she loves a bum scratch from us.
Lulu is really quite full of mischief! Watched her on the ring camera opening the kitchen cupboard and helping herself to some cereal ! And she will chew things if she’s left unsupervised so until she’s more settled I would say she needs some company pretty much all the time.
she is pretty peaceful and will be a fantastic companion. She’s friendly, loves a cuddle, and really is no trouble unless left to her own devices then she’s a little devil.
when she’s being left on her own as she’s full of mischief. I would say only to be left alone for 1-2 hours and for this to be built on.
She would be best suited to someone who is home a lot more.
